Liner and "bath in a day" companies install acrylic panels over whatever is behind your old tile. We remove it, fix the framing and plumbing, install a waterproofing membrane, and tile. It costs somewhat more and lasts decades longer.
Because DMF is a general contractor, we can also move a wall, borrow closet space, or add a window as part of the same job.
